requested by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) to nominate
young professionals, below the age of 37 years, as members of
various technical committees including the one mentioned below,
to support the standard making process of BIS. Meetings of BIS
are held at Manak Bhawan, Near ITO, New Delhi.
